Mar. 10th, 2010 08:57 pmHoly shit.
So freakin' tired.
Worked 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday last week (and a bit later on a couple of those days), and then went in to help Kazzy train newbies at work on Saturday, from 8.30am until nearly 5pm. 6 DAY WEEKS ARE RIDICULOUS.
Spent most of Sunday being lazy, so on Monday I had all the weekend shift authorisations & reports to do, PLUS it's a payroll week this week. So I finished at 6pm on Monday and Tuesday, and 5pm today. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get away early, because I have some banking to do.
Was invited to a hens party this weekend, but since I'm so behind on my study, I had to decline. Sucky. :-(
Still need to book my bus tickets for Easter (catching public transport on a holiday - I must be nuts). I'm looking forward to it, though. Kazzy is gonna come down on the Monday to pick me up, so I will be able to bring some of my books back. Yay! Plus, it will be good to see Mum.
Speaking of parents, I rang Dad last night and had an hour-long chat with him. He's finally got a job! Curtain sales again (he did it when we lived in Australia ~20 years ago). He sounds much better too, like he's finally taking care of himself. Was great to hear.
Anyways, Ima go do something not computer related (like maybe see if I can coax new-kitty inside... she's still skittish).
